Product Features
- Water repellent nano coating
- Water based, low VOC, breathable, and non-hazardous
- Ready to use — no dilution required
- Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray
- Surface should be dry at the time of application; apply till saturation
- After application, test with water after 24 hours of drying
- Good adhesion for painting
Coverage: 50 to 80 sq ft per litre (depends on porosity)

Cost & Benefits
For a typical two-storey building (30 ft × 40 ft × 25 ft height), the total treatable area is approximately 5,000 sq ft — including terrace slab, toilet sunken portions, and exterior walls.
At 80 sq ft/litre, roughly 60 litres are required (approx. Rs. 9,900 at Rs. 165/litre). At 50 sq ft/litre, roughly 100 litres are required (approx. Rs. 16,500).
